Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote) to support complex business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Salesforce CPQ solutions in a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience developing and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product rules, price rules, quote templates, and contract generation.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with other systems.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies and version control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions that align with their needs.
- Configure, customize, and implement Salesforce CPQ to support complex business needs, including product bundling, discounting, and quoting.
- Develop custom code and integrations with other systems as needed to support business requirements.
- Write automated tests to ensure code quality and minimize the risk of regressions.
- Work with QA teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Document technical designs and code changes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce CPQ features and best practices.
